It's been a long time, living in a very different way. Hopefully we have had the opportunity to better understand and live with ourselves and our loved ones, but it has been a stressful experience, tolerating mental and physical discomfort and even pain.

Booking and Pre-Arrival
Appointment Booking
- Booking is essential as we are running at reduced capacity due to increased cleaning requirements

- We will have a brief chat online or by phone to establish your needs. This is free of charge.
Initial Risk Assessment
We will ask you to complete our CV Consent Form and our usual Medical Questionnaire.
We would appreciate if these can be emailed at least 24hrs before, so that a risk assessment can be carried out in advance and social distancing is maximised on the day, but this can be completed on arrival if neccessary
COVID-19 Testing
- We ask all our clients to take a Rapid Antigen Test before each treatment
- This takes 15 minutes
- The test costs £20 which can be deducted from the Initial Consultation Fee of £40
- The practitioner is also tested on a regular basis.
Personal Protection
- Bring your own mask if you can, but we can provide if neccessary
- Our toilet is cleaned immediately after use
- Any clothes that you may remove will be placed in a bag which will be kept in the same room.
- Payment will be by Credit/Debit Card or by Bank Transfer
- The practitioner will be wearing gloves, a mask and face shield in addition to normal clinical attire.
Safety Precautions
Cleaning and Sterilsation
We have thoroughly cleaned and disinfected our treatment rooms and reception area and will continue to do so, between patients, as well as at the end of each day.
All towels and soft items are laundered after each patient
In addition to conventional cleaning, we use Ultra Violet sterilsation and hypochlorous acid humidification
Shielding and protection
We have installed PVC screens and enhanced personal hygiene arrangements, such as hand sanitiser, masks and Peronal Protective Equipment.
Social Distancing
We carry out continuous risk assessment and maintain social distancing wherever possible.
