WHAT IS MORPHEUS8?
Morpheus8 is a fractional skin treatment
that stimulates collagen production of the
underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting
the deeper layers of the skin, tissues of the
face and body can be remodelled to reveal a
more radiant youthful appearance.
WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?
Morpheus8 can be used on any areas that
can benefit from resurfacing and subdermal
renewal. The most commonly treated areas
include the face, periorbital area, abdomen,
thighs, legs, and buttocks.
Regenerative Acupuncture
Acupuncture has been found to increase serotonin, encephalin, endomorphin-1, and beta endorphin levels in plasma and brain tissue when applied to the correct acupuncture points. .
During rejuvenative acupuncture, needles are lightly inserted into specific acupressure points found along the face, hairline, jaw, or the neck, thighs etc.. When the needles are inserted, they cause micro-tears in the local muscles, which the body works to repair. This process is similar to the way the body heals micro-traumas in muscle tissue after an intense workout. This healing response stimulates stem cells, blood, and collagen to flow to the facial muscles, regenerating the appearance and health of facial tissue. The result is rejuvenated skin thanks to the body’s own healing powers.
This treatment is therefor complimentary to Morpheus8 RF Micro-Needling and will extend it's effect.
