Frank is a Chartered Psychologist of the Psychological Society of Ireland. He works with individuals and teams to help them to use their resources to achieve wellbeing and fulfilment.
In general, Frank’s clients are living healthy lives in which they are usually able to face whatever challenge and difficulty they encounter. However, from time to time they need his professional support and guidance to deal with problems. These can stem from a loss of confidence or self-regard leading to low mood. They can also arise from uneasiness or anxiety about the future in general or about some particular event or relationship. They can also include behavioural issues such as addictions, procrastination, and other dysfunctional tendencies originating from a wide variety of sources or causes.
Frank has worked throughout Europe, in the United States, Australia, and Africa as well as Ireland and the United Kingdom. He has worked with individuals from many cultures and backgrounds, and with highly diverse teams and organisatons. He has worked with the business, public, voluntary, and political sectors.
Frank brings to his professional work a finely crafted blend of Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Regulation, Appreciative Inquiry, and extensive practitioner experience. He enables clients to live healthy lives with a felt assurance and a sense of purpose and self-worth.
